We'll see what he gets done. It's easy to talk/act tough on the sidelines. Much harder to do when you're the leader. Quite profound as we watch him cave on Continuing Resolutions. We have ALL the leverage to get what WE want done on the border because THE PEOPLE are sick of what Biden's open border policies, so what does he do? Cuts another deal with Schumer to eliminate the leverage again. It's really quite simple. Say THIS was our last CR. Pass H.R.2 as passed in the house or no deal on Govt. funding. The People support H.R.2, so if you fail to pass it and let the Govt shutdown happen it's on you, not us. This is non-negotiable and the people are done with your Presidents failed border policies that have ushered in more illegal's than legal citizens being born. Then let it freaking burn if they won't pass HR2. So far the new boss is same as the old boss. Ball-less. |

This is what I told a few of my friends in another private conversation. My friend and his brother are (Wall Street Journal influenced GOP folks) they are bemoaning the removal of McCarthy. One of them called Matt Gaetz naive. "Gaetz is not naive. McCarthy was pushing continuing resolutions and Omnibus spending the whole time. McCarthy fought the release of the Jan 6th videos and most likely, he would have been in favor of this new insane border bill coming out of the Senate. At the very least, McCarthy for Johnson was a wash, at the most, we got a few more tools in our arsenal. It's not enough for sure, but I'm still happy McCarthy is gone." |
