sounds like natural gas water heater exploded? Apparently they were doing some welding on it at the time of explosion... thats from local journalist the 'austinayers'

Apparently they were doing some welding on it at the time of explosion... thats from local journalist the 'austinayers' It was more likely the build up of gas, that then ignited. Someone was really stupid if they were sweating copper lines with that much gas leaking. |

My wife and I were outside of Indianapolis staying with friends a number of years ago when something like this happened. We didn't know what it was at the time (heard the loud boom and the windows shook). House exploded about 5 miles away from us.

we had a tankless water heater in TN and loved it! I have looked into them a few times. Plumbing comanies usually talk me out of it. |
