Passing a law to clarify "subject to the jurisdiction there"

This should be in the Republican platform for 2024.  Ending birthright citizenship for children of illegals should be a high priority.

be about clarifying who actually qualifies. 

People should always be able to apply for citizenship legally.  If mom is a legal immigrant, then baby should be granted citizenship.  If mom is here illegally, the child should be a citizen of mom's country UNLESS father is a U.S. citizen.

Of course. Should have been handled 20+ years ago, but we were often told by GOP leadership and good little foot soldiers on these boards, that a vast amnesty was the only first move. Now we have an even bigger shit show with Biden.

1. End birthright citizenship for those here illegally
2. Stop illegals from coming (build the wall)
3. Start deporting those here illegally (with goal of keeping families together...deport the entire family).
